市场监管总局19日发布《关于计量促进仪器仪表产业高质量发展的指导意见》，目标到2035年，国产仪器仪表的计量性能和技术指标达到国际先进水平，部分国产仪器仪表的计量性能和技术指标达到国际领先水平。
市场监管总局计量司有关负责人介绍，计量是仪器仪表产业高质量发展的基础，对仪器仪表产业创新发展和质量提升起着重要的支撑作用。指导意见的出台将进一步推动先进计量科技创新成果向仪器仪表产业转化应用，助力我国仪器仪表产业迈向世界先进行列。
指导意见提出了计量促进仪器仪表产业高质量发展的主要目标：到2035年，国产仪器仪表的计量性能和技术指标达到国际先进水平，部分国产仪器仪表的计量性能和技术指标达到国际领先水平。突破一批“卡脖子”的计量测试关键技术，涌现一批具有领先测量水平和研发设计能力的仪器仪表创新企业。
指导意见明确了计量促进仪器仪表产业高质量发展五项重点任务：加快仪器仪表产业计量短板攻关；激发仪器仪表企业创新活力；健全仪器仪表产业计量基础能力；培育仪器仪表产业计量发展生态；完善仪器仪表产业计量政策体系。
据介绍，市场监管总局将积极组织各地市场监管部门和有关单位加强协调机制建设，充分发挥智库作用，加强政策资金支持，不断深化国际合作，服务仪器仪表产业高质量发展。

Break through a number of “stuck neck” measurement and test key technologies, and emerge a number of instrument innovation enterprises with leading measurement level and R & D design capabilities.
