第二十五届中国国际高新技术成果交易会正在深圳举行。本届高交会,中国科学院带来了一批最新的技术与科研成果,其中一些是首次亮相。工业母机是高端制造领域必不可少的重要装备,它的技术发展水平,直接影响我国在全球工业发展领域的综合竞争力。在本届高交会上首发亮相的国产五轴高端数控系统,具有响应速度快、精度高等特点,可以为我国的航空航天、新能源汽车制造等战略性新兴产业提供可靠的技术支撑。
国产五轴高端数控系统也就是俗称的“工业母机”,小到普通元器件,大到航空航天装备,如果没有高端精密工业母机,所有的工业设计都只能停留在图纸上。中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院的科研团队面向我国高端制造领域的需求开展系列研发工作,多年来先后突破了系列五轴加工中心平台、高端数控操作系统等关键技术,为国产高端工业制造提供了更多可能性。中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院研究员杨之乐指出,通过多年的研发积累,这套系统打破了国外长期的技术垄断,实现了微米级的精密运动控制。五轴五联动的同步单点的运动控制,未来能够在后期高精度的加工,风机、叶片、曲面加工等一些复杂的领域都可以取得很好的应用。

Domestic five-axis high-end CNC system is also commonly known as the “industrial mother machine”, small to common components, large to aerospace equipment, if there is no high-end precision industrial mother machine, all industrial design can only stay on the drawing. The scientific research team of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has carried out a series of research and development work for the needs of China’s high-end manufacturing field, and has broken through a series of key technologies such as five-axis machining center platform and high-end CNC operating system over the years, providing more possibilities for domestic high-end industrial manufacturing. Yang Zhile, a researcher at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out that through years of research and development accumulation, this system has broken the long-term technological monopoly of foreign countries and achieved microne-level precision motion control. The five-axis and five-linkage synchronous single-point motion control can be applied well in the later high-precision machining, fan, blade, surface machining and other complex fields.
