为支撑四川省制造业智能化改造数字化转型（简称“智改数转”），科学评价转型成效，系统掌握全省制造业“智改数转”进程，更好推动全省规上工业企业数字化转型智能化升级全覆盖行动实施，近日，四川省经济和信息化厅发布《四川省制造业智能化改造数字化转型评价指标体系总体框架》。
《总体框架》立足国家标准、结合四川实际、抓住关键环节、分级分类设置指标体系。以实现规模以上工业企业智能化改造数字化转型评估诊断全覆盖为目标，以现行国家标准为基础，研究适合四川制造业发展阶段的指标体系，为推动制造业智能化改造数字化转型探索“四川方案”。
《总体框架》构建“五阶九档”的四川省制造业“智改数转”综合发展指标等级，量化转型水平；设置“1+2+N”的指标类别，精确画像广大规上工业企业、中小企业、产业园区以及N个细分行业企业等指标体系的评价对象。

With the goal of achieving full coverage of digital transformation assessment and diagnosis for intelligent transformation of industrial enterprises above designated size, based on the current national standards, the index system suitable for the development stage of Sichuan manufacturing industry is studied, and the “Sichuan plan” is explored to promote the digital transformation of intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.
The Overall Framework constructs a comprehensive development index level of “intelligent transformation and number transformation” of Sichuan’s manufacturing industry with “five levels and nine files” and quantifies the level of transformation; The index category of “1+2+N” is set to accurately depict the evaluation objects of the index system such as industrial enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, industrial parks, and enterprises in N subdivided industries.
