中国信通院发布《2022年4月电子行业运行数据报告》显示，2022年4月，我国电子制造业保持了在制造业中的领先地位，生产与投资增速持续高于工业总体水平，成为疫情下工业经济增长的重要支柱。
但受到疫情冲击、需求转弱等因素影响，出口增速有所回落，集成电路等重点产品产量持续负增长，需警惕后续承压风险。
电子制造业增加值累计增速
具体来看，2022 年前4个月，规模以上电子制造业增加值同比增长10.7%，高于工业总体 4.2个百分点，是31个制造业大类行业中增长最快的行业。其中，4月份规模以上电子制造业增加值同比增长4.9%，较3月增速回落7.6个百分点，相比规上工业增速大幅回落至-2.9%，电子制造业仍表现出较强增长韧性，为工业增长提供了有力支撑。
报告还称，2022年前4个月，受去年同期基数较高，以及疫情导致停工停产、港口停运，部分出口订单不能按时交付等因素影响，电子制造业出口交货值同比增长6.5%，较全国工业总体低3.4个百分点；增速较上月回落4.9个百分点，降幅与工业总体基本持平。其中，集成电路、手机、笔记本电脑产品出口金额（按美元计）累计同比增速分别回落至17.4%、2.2%、4.3%。

值得注意的是，4月份集成电路、手机、电子计算机整机、微型电子计算机产量同比下降12.1%、1.6%、14.4%、16.8%，较上月增速分别回落6个、4.4个、9.6个、12.9个百分点。
