近期,工业和信息化部指导工业互联网产业联盟、中国工程机械工业协会等单位联合编制了《工业互联网与工程机械行业融合应用参考指南》。
为推动工业互联网创新发展,加快工业互联网规模化应用,工业和信息化部开展了“链网协同”行动,推动工业互联网与重点产业链深度融合。编制行业融合应用参考指南是推进“链网协同”行动的重要举措,以帮助更多企业系统解答部署工业互联网面临的“为什么”“建什么”“怎么建”“找谁建”的问题,为各行业建设工业互联网明确体系化、可落地的赋能价值,提供轻量化、可复制的建设指引,打造差异化、可操作的实践路径,汇聚多元化、可细分的供给资源。
工程机械行业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,在我国重大工程建设、新型城镇化建设进程中发挥了至关重要的作用。近年来,工程机械行业不断推进工业互联网建设实践,提质、增效、降本、绿色、安全发展取得积极成效,数字化车间、“5G+工业互联网”和5G工厂示范标杆不断涌现。《工业互联网与工程机械行业融合应用参考指南》的发布,旨在为工程机械行业工业互联网建设过程中的需求场景识别、应用模式打造、关键系统构建和组织实施方法提供参考借鉴。
该指南共分为九个章节:第一章为总则。第二章从工程机械行业融合应用需求场景出发,梳理形成工业互联网应用总体视图。第三章结合需求,基于工业互联网体系架构构建工程机械行业总体实施架构。第四章至第七章深入剖析工程机械行业网络、标识、平台和安全等建设部署路径。第八章总结工程机械企业应用工业互联网开展数字化转型的方法步骤。第九章提出推动工业互联网与工程机械行业创新融合应用走深向实的建议。最后,该指南梳理了相关应用领域的供应商名录,为企业建设工业互联网提供丰富多元的供给资源。
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology guided the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance, China Construction Machinery Industry Association and other units to jointly prepare the “Industrial Internet and construction machinery Industry Integration Application Reference Guide”.
In order to promote the innovative development of the industrial Internet and accelerate the large-scale application of the industrial Internet, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has carried out the “chain network collaboration” action to promote the deep integration of the industrial Internet and key industrial chains. The preparation of industry integration application reference guide is an important measure to promote the “network collaboration” action, to help more enterprises to systematically answer the “why”, “what to build”, “how to build” and “who to build” problems faced by the deployment of industrial Internet, to clarify the systematic and practical enabling value of industrial Internet construction in various industries, and to provide lightweight and replicable construction guidelines. Create differentiated and operable practice paths, and gather diversified and subdivided supply resources.
Construction machinery industry is an important pillar industry in the development of China’s national economy, and has played a vital role in the process of major project construction and new urbanization construction in China. In recent years, the construction machinery industry has continuously promoted the construction practice of industrial Internet, and achieved positive results in improving quality, increasing efficiency, reducing cost, green and safe development, and digital workshops, “5G+ Industrial Internet” and 5G factory demonstration benchmarks have continued to emerge. The release of the Reference Guide for the Integration Application of Industrial Internet and Construction Machinery Industry aims to provide reference for the identification of demand scenarios, the creation of application patterns, the construction of key systems and the organization and implementation methods in the construction of industrial Internet in the construction machinery industry.
