The Unity Hot Spare processor is a Quantum Hot Standby CPU (HSBY) manufactured by Schneider Electric from the Modicon Quantum automation platform family. It is equipped with a multimode Ethernet connection, clocks at 266 MHz, has two local racks, and features dedicated I/O, including counters, accurate timestamping, high-speed interrupt output, and serial links.
