总金额达到上亿欧元。即使这两个项目不能在今年贡献显著的营收，目前已有的碳化硅订单也使得2022财年来自碳化硅产
品的收入超过去年近一倍，冲击3亿欧元。
综合现有Design-in和Design-win项目，公司管理层预测到2025年前后碳化硅功率器件产品线可以为公司带来10亿美元左右
的营收。目前已经开始英飞凌贡献碳化硅产品营收的客户包括现代集团，其Ioniq 5电动紧凑型休旅车采用纬湃科技Vitesco
提供的800V逆变器，内部使用的碳化硅模块即来自英飞凌。与此同时，英飞凌还是小鹏汽车的碳化硅模块的主要提供商，
用于旗舰SUV车型G9中，预计今年第3季度起正式交付。
