The Emerson Automation module with catalog number IC660BBA025 is part of the genius I/O series of stand-alone, Genius protocol capable modules. The IC660BBA025 is specifically an analog output block that comes with Six (6) analog input channels, able to accommodate 0-24 mA and 4-20 mA analog signal ranges.
Also known as Block I/O modules, the IC660BBA025 has rackless design that can be installed inside an enclosure that provides appropriate protection against industrial elements. This module has is provided with LED status indicator such as Unit OK and I/O enabled LEDs. It comes with a block to block isolation rated 1500V for one minute. This module is also provided with internal diagnostic capability, able to detect Underrange, Overrange and Feedback error.
Each channel of the IC660BBA025 has resolution of 6µA with output accuracy of 0.15% of full scale reading and output update frequency of 25ms. Additionally, this module has Thermal drift of 35 PPM per degree Celsius.

Its isolated output circuits are electrically common to bus switching module outputs. The block itself is made to provide power to the current loops of the output.
