2, IFC300 electromagnetic flowmeter self-diagnosis function
The comprehensive self-diagnostic function is one of the standard features of the IFC300 converter, which includes a three-part self-diagnostic test;
Instrument basic function diagnosis, continuous and uninterrupted comprehensive check instrument internal device performance and instrument function test device temperature, connecting cable break, lining deformation, etc.;
Medium condition diagnosis, diagnosis of the characteristics of the measured medium including dielectric conductivity, temperature, corrosion and containing bubbles, solid particles, etc.
On-site environment diagnosis, instrument provides diagnostic information about the field environment, focusing on the analysis of operating conditions and installation: such as power supply, straight pipe section installation, ambient temperature, etc.
3. Practical application of IFC300 electromagnetic flowmeter
You can monitor the correctness of the installation (flow pattern, front and back straight tube sections), measure the empty tube (not full tube), the conductivity is too low, the electrode circuit is short circuit, the electrode is insulated or corroded, the bubble (cavitation phenomenon), the solid, the excitation coil temperature, the lining deformation, the external magnetic field effect. If any of the parameters are out of range, the instrument quickly warns, and HART and PACTWARE print out the test results. Simplify the periodic inspection of flow meter.
4, IFC300 electromagnetic flowmeter use characteristics
· Factory setting (there are two memory chips, one in the machine and the other on the baseboard outside the movement)
· Can store 3 sets of setting data, factory settings for factory setting data users cannot change (sensor GK value, full scale, zero, coil resistance value, temperature, etc.)
· There is no need to set the data when replacing the converter, and the factory setting data can be read directly from the bottom plate outside the movement
