The intelliSCAN® series of scanning heads offers many advantages, such as scalability and digital servo circuitry, and its powerful algorithms improve dynamic performance and marking quality. In addition, a wide range of electronics has greatly improved diagnostic possibilities and communication between scanning systems and user-controlled computers.

SCANLAB can equip its digital servo firmware with multiple control algorithms and parameter Settings (fine-tuning). Switching between different algorithms and Settings (even during processing) allows the sweep head to be re-equipped with parameters such as dynamic performance, which can best adapt to specific task requirements. Special application Settings increase speed and positioning accuracy.
