The intelliSCAN® series of scanning heads offers many advantages, such as scalability and digital servo circuitry, and its powerful algorithms improve dynamic performance and marking quality. SCANLAB can equip its digital servo firmware with multiple control algorithms and parameter Settings (fine-tuning). Switching between different algorithms and Settings (even during processing) allows the sweep head to be re-equipped with parameters such as dynamic performance, which can best adapt to specific task requirements. Special application Settings increase speed and positioning accuracy.
intelliSCAN ® scan heads monitor all critical operating parameters of the scanning system, such as lens position, lens speed, drive current, supply voltage, and temperature.
In security-conscious applications, the scanning process can be simulated and, if necessary, monitored, recorded, and corrected.
The intelliSCAN ® series of scan heads enable remote diagnosis. They all have software query devices that support cumulative uptime, serial number, production date, and basic operating status. Deviations in the process can be quickly detected and corrected.
intelliSCANde® is the high-end product of this series of scanning heads. By using a scanning galvanometer with a digital encoder, intelliSCANde® ‘s very low drift and jitter values make the product ideal for high-end machining applications.
