The IS230PCAAH1B is a core simulation module specifically designed for the Mark VIe system and developed by General Electric Company. Together with the core analog (TCAS and TCAT) terminal boards, this module plays a key role in providing the large amount of analog signal I/O necessary for the efficient operation of the gas turbine. The IS230PCAAH1B module works with TCAT to provide a wide range of features, including thermocouple input, 4-20 mA current loop I/O, seismic input, linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) excitation and input, pulse rate input, and servo coil output. The integration of the IS230PCAAH1B module and TCAT greatly facilitates integrated analog signal processing within gas turbine systems.

IS220PCAAH1B requires the ControlST version
If ControlST V04.04 is currently available, install the BPPC I/O upgrade V05.01.03 throughout the system

Before ControlST V04.04, upgrade to ControlST V04.07.08C or CONTROL ST V05.0204C, or to the highest version available at the next scheduled outage, and then install BPPC I/O upgrade V05.01.03 throughout the system

reliability
The IS230PCAAH1B board is very reliable and therefore not easily damaged. But improper handling and poor storage can affect the card’s functionality. Therefore, we recommend keeping the card in an electrostatic sensitive storage box under the recommended conditions.
