The LLS570-05 laser scanner is an instrument that measures the size and shape of the workpiece by scanning technology. The laser scanner must adopt a rotating motor with good stability and precision. When the beam hits (shoots) the polygon prism driven by the motor to reflect, the scanning beam is formed. As the polygon prism is located on the front focal plane of the scanning lens and rotates uniformly, the incident angle of the laser beam to the reflector changes continuously, so the reflection angle also changes continuously, forming a parallel and continuous scanning line from top to bottom through the action of the scanning lens.

LLS570-05 laser scanning technology is a new technology in recent years, which attracts more and more attention in the research field in China. It is based on the principle of laser ranging. By recording the 3D coordinates, reflectivity, texture and other information of a large number of dense points on the surface of the measured object, it can quickly reconstruct the 3D model of the measured object and various map data such as line, surface and volume. Compared with the traditional single-point measurement, the 3D laser scanning technology is also called a revolutionary technological breakthrough from single-point measurement to surface measurement, because the 3D laser scanning system can densely acquire a large number of data points of the target object. This technology has also made many attempts, applications and explorations in the fields of cultural relics protection, architecture, planning, civil engineering, factory renovation, interior design, building monitoring, traffic accident treatment, legal evidence collection, disaster assessment, ship design, digital city, military analysis and so on. The three-dimensional laser scanning system includes the hardware part of data acquisition and the software part of data processing. According to different carriers, three-dimensional laser scanning systems can be divided into airborne, vehicle-mounted, ground-based and handheld types.
LLS570-05 uses scanning technology to measure the size and shape of workpieces. Mainly used in reverse engineering, responsible for surface copy and three-dimensional measurement of workpieces.
