PA8039U驱动的是交流电机。一个方面来讲,交流电其实就是电流方向可以发生改变的电,而这种改变对一一个电磁铁来说,根据右手螺旋定则,一旦电流方向改变,则对应的磁场方向也改变了。

PA8039U而交流电机旋转,有点类似于安装在转子和定子上的两组磁铁与磁铁同极排斥异极相吸形成的转动(又叫电磁转矩)。交流电机的结构就是,定子上有绕组,这个绕组是根据一定缠绕规则排列的,具体的规则就是,每一相形成一个绕组(一个闭环),这个闭环由于空间上会导致电流的方向流入流出相反,所以每一个周期内,流入和流出两个绕组元件边就会产生一对磁极(还是右手螺旋),这一对磁极所发出的磁感线就会从极靴出来,穿越气隙经过转子再次穿越气隙到达另一个极靴经机壳等形成一个闭合回路。(这个气隙就是转子和定子不会因为转动而摩擦的保证,一般就几毫米)这样,原本对应的转子上的绕组就会感应到这个磁场,从而产生一个感应电流。

PA8039U那么这个感应电流所在的转子绕组,会受到定子磁场作用而产生力(安培力)(左手定则)。由此,只要保证,在绕组通电的时候,转子所受到的安培力是一致方向就可以了,恰好,在一组极靴之下(理想状态),对应的一组转子绕组因为在绕制时也正如转子一样,是一个闭环,这样就能完成一组电磁力矩的接替转换,从而保持转动。

PA8039Udrives an AC motor. On one hand, alternating current is actually electricity whose current direction can change. For an electromagnet, according to the right-hand spiral rule, once the current direction changes, the corresponding magnetic field direction also changes.

PA8039U and AC motor rotates, which is somewhat similar to the rotation (also called electromagnetic torque) formed by two groups of magnets installed on the rotor and stator, whose same poles repel and different poles attract. The structure of AC motor is that there are windings on the stator, which are arranged according to certain winding rules. The specific rule is that each phase forms a winding (a closed loop), which will lead to the opposite direction of current flowing in and out in space. Therefore, in each cycle, a pair of magnetic poles (or right-hand spiral) will be generated at the sides of the two winding elements flowing in and out, and the magnetic induction lines emitted by this pair of magnetic poles will come out of the pole shoe, cross the air gap, pass through the rotor and cross the air again. (This air gap is the guarantee that the rotor and stator will not rub due to rotation, usually only a few millimeters). In this way, the winding on the original corresponding rotor will sense this magnetic field, thus generating an induced current.

PA8039UThen the rotor winding where this induced current is located will be affected by the stator magnetic field to generate force (ampere force) (left hand rule). Therefore, it is only necessary to ensure that when the windings are energized, the ampere force on the rotor is in the same direction. Just as it happens, under a set of pole shoes (ideal state), the corresponding set of rotor windings is a closed loop because it is just like the rotor during winding, so that a set of electromagnetic torque can be replaced and converted, thus keeping the rotor rotating.
