理电涡流传感器是根据涡流效应原理工作的,涡流传感器的线圈L与 一个电客C并联,构成一个并联谐振电路。由前置器内的晶体振荡器供给稳定的高频电流来激励,在线圈周围产生高频交变磁场俑,当被测主轴靠近次交流磁场用范围时,在被测主轴表面产生电涡流,而此电涡流又产生一个新交变磁场来阻碍主磁场的变化,这一过程将消耗能量,因而使线圈的Q值发生变化在被测主轴与 传感器之间的间障d改变时.传感器线圈的Q值也随之变化。
校准:交货时,传感器和前置器已经在工厂进行了线性校准。标准校准材料为42CrM04,参照SAE4140 标准。如果用户要求,也可以用其它材料进行校准,只是传感器和被测物之间的气隙需在现场调整。室温环境下,传感器和电缆的耐腐蚀性:
防水、防潮、防天然气、防氨气、防油、及防苯等有机物。标准配件:

Tachometer probe: eddy current sensor and speed sensor for monitoring
