1PLC类型

其中MR为继电器类型，MT为晶体管类型，它们的区别是：

1.继电器接的外部电源可以是直流也可以使交流，可直接驱动220v直流负载，晶体管的外部电源只能接直流的，不能直接驱动开关，需要接中继来间接驱动

2.继电器类型的开关频率低，而晶体管可以输出高频信号如伺服系统的脉冲输出就使用晶体管类型的PLC。在实际运用中根据需要来选择相应的PLC规格。

2PLC输出端子

输出端子介绍

以40端子来说明，输入3组+输出2组=5*40端子，其中输入端子只有一个公共端S/S，而输出有5个公共端。Y0和Y1各单独使用com端，Y2和Y3共用con2，Y4、5、6、7共用com3，Y10、11、12、13共用com4，Y14、15、16、17共用com5。

3继电器接线

继电器类型的PLC输出回路如下图，可以使用直流电源和交流电源来驱动负载，不分漏源型输出。

工控中常见的输出控制有电机、指示灯、报警器、电磁阀门等，有个能直接与PLC输出端子Y连接，有的则需要中间继电器或者接触器来连接。

1PLC type

Where MR Is the relay type and MT is the transistor type. Their differences are as follows:

In the example of 40 terminals, input 3 groups + output 2 groups =5*40 terminals. The input terminal has only one common terminal S/S, while the output terminal has five common terminals. Y0 and Y1 use com terminals separately, Y2 and Y3 share con2, Y4, 5, 6 and 7 share com3, Y10, 11, 12 and 13 share com4, and Y14, 15, 16 and 17 share com5.

3 Relay wiring

The PLC output circuit of relay type is shown in the figure below. Dc power and AC power can be used to drive the load, regardless of leak-source output.

The common output control in industrial control includes motor, indicator light, alarm, electromagnetic valve, etc., one can be directly connected with PLC output terminal Y, and some need intermediate relay or contactor to connect.
