7SJ686 系列装置的定值完全按照国内用户习惯设定,如:过流保护提供了方向和复合电压闭锁功能,并有控制字投退功能;
所有开入和开出都有预定义,用户只要从面板上输入定值装置就可正常工作。集成的可编程逻辑工具(CFC)和自定义保
护功能允许用户实现特殊的保护、联闭锁功能和自定义的信息。用户可以通过更改跳线使保护适用于110VDC或220VDC的现场直流电源、1A或5A的CT。

过流保护 (ANSI 50,51,67,67-TOC)
过流保护功能包含可分别投退的3段定时限和1段反时限。定时限每段可支持正方向或无方向及复合电压闭锁功能。反时限可支持正方向或无方向,反时限特性为IEC Normal一般反时限/Very非常反时限/Extre极端反时限/Long长反时限。VT断线时方向过流保护可以被闭锁或无方向运行,复合电压闭锁元件可以被闭锁或开放。
零序过流保护 (ANSI 50N, 51N, 67N, 67N-TOC)
零序过流保护功能包含可分别投退的3段定时限和1段反时限。零序通道可选测量或计算零序值。每段可支持正方向或无方向,其零序电压方向元件根据电压接线方式自适应选择测量或者计算值。反时限特性为IEC Normal一般反时限/Very非常反时限/Extre极端反时限/Long长反时限。VT断线时零序方向过流保护可以被闭锁或无方向运行。
过负荷保护 (ANSI 50)
2段定时限过负荷段,出口可选择跳闸或告警。变压器后备过负荷保护支持启动风冷和闭锁有载调档。
低周减载
可分别投退的4段低周减载,经低电压和独立的df/dt滑差闭锁;当系统频率上升时可选择闭锁已启动段;电流低时可选择闭锁减载出口。
低压减载
4段低压减载,以系统正序电压为判断量,经独立的-du/dt滑差闭锁;当系统电压上升时可选择闭锁已启动的段;电流低时可选择闭锁减载出口。

SIPROTEC 47SJ686 series comprehensive protection device is designed for Chinese users, in line with domestic design and use habits. It provides a large screen display, full Chinese human-machine interface, operation box function, independent measurement CT and redundant star network communication mode, while inherits Siemens protection rigorous and flexible style, is a very cost-effective product.
This series of protection is suitable for distribution systems with different grounding modes in the voltage class of 110kV and below. It can provide protection, control and monitoring functions for feeders, capacitors, reactors, motors and transformers.
The device provides a variety of flexible hardware selection, such as: redundant RS485 communication card, redundant 100M Ethernet communication card, 2 0~24 mA analog output card, 4 0~22mA analog input card, a variety of open and open expansion modules.
The USB port on the front provides users with remote maintenance and fault diagnosis. The user simply inserts the USB flash drive into the device, the relevant fault recording and trip information is exported, and our after-sales service personnel analyzes the type of fault and guides the user to deal with the scene. The installation of the device configuration and the upgrade of the software can be done through the USB disk.

Overcurrent protection (ANSI 50, 51, 67, 67-TOC)
The overcurrent protection feature includes 3 definite time frames and 1 inverse time frames that can be backed off respectively. Each section of the fixed time limit can support positive direction or no direction and composite voltage blocking function. The inverse time limit can support positive direction or no direction, and the inverse time characteristic is IEC Normal general inverse time limit /Very very inverse time limit /Extre extreme inverse time limit /Long long inverse time limit. The directional overcurrent protection can be blocked or run without direction when the VT line is broken, and the compound voltage blocking element can be blocked or opened.
Zero sequence overcurrent protection (ANSI 50N, 51N, 67N, 67N-TOC)
The zero sequence overcurrent protection function includes 3 definite time frames and 1 inverse time frames that can be backed off respectively. Zero-sequence channel Optionally measure or calculate zero-sequence values. Each segment can support positive direction or no direction, and its zero sequence voltage direction element adaptively selects the measurement or calculation value according to the voltage connection mode. The inverse time characteristic is IEC Normal Normal inverse time /Very very inverse time /Extre extreme inverse time /Long long inverse time. The zero sequence direction overcurrent protection can be blocked or run without direction when the VT line is broken.
Overload Protection (ANSI 50)
2 Overload section with a fixed time limit, the outlet can choose trip or alarm. Transformer backup overload protection supports starting air cooling and locking on-load shifting.
Low cycle load shedding
4 stages of low cycle load shedding that can be dropped separately, locked by low voltage and independent df/dt slip; When the system frequency rises, you can choose to block the started segment. Optionally lock the load shedding outlet when the current is low.
Low pressure load shedding
4 stages of low-voltage load reduction, with the positive sequence voltage of the system as the judgment quantity, through independent -du/dt slip blocking; Optionally block the started segment when the system voltage rises; Optionally lock the load shedding outlet when the current is low.
