布线

电源总线
电源总线的目的是一个本地总线没有电力线浪涌，并有电感负载反冲事件抑制。因此，控制的电源输入不能承受充电系统负载转储、重电感反流或重浪涌型脉冲。如果控制器安装在其预期用途之外，如本手册所述，应实施集中电压脉冲抑制，以帮助保护控制器和总线上的其他组件。(参见第6章:安装说明。)
通讯端口
COMM端口用于服务端口，仅在服务或初始配置期间临时连接。COMM端口容易受到某些emc现象和可能的无意电池回电流的影响。
电池回电(B-)也是通讯信号常用的;典型地，ypc将通信信号的公共部分连接到保护地。PC接地可以为B-电流提供意外返回路径。如果B-和PC接地到保护地，则PC和控制器之间应使用通信隔离器。损坏的pc或控制，和/或意外操作可能会导致电池回线或并联路径。

Cabling
All cabling for this unit is limited to less than 30m (98.4’). See wiring diagrams forspecific cable types required.
Power cabling is limited to less than 10m (32.8’) in total length from its source;power is intended to be from a local bus structure. The control is NOT intendedto have a power bus that is derived from a plant-wide distribution system, remotesource, or similar “mains” type distribution systems. The power to the controlshould also be a dedicated circuit, directly to the battery or source via a powerand return wire that are routed together.

Power Bus
The power bus is intended to be a local bus without power line surges and tohave inductive load kickback events suppressed. Therefore, the control’s powerinput is not designed to withstand a charging system load dump, heavy inductivekickbacks, or heavy surge type pulses. lf the control is installed outside itsintended usage, as described in this manual, centralized voltage pulsesuppression should be implemented to help protect the control and othercomponents on the bus.(See Chapter 6: Installation Instructions.)
COMM Port
The COMM port is intended to be a service port, with only temporary connectionduring service or initial configuration. The COMM port is susceptible to someEMC phenomena and possible unintentional battery return currents.
Battery retum (B-)is also the communication signal common; typicallyPCs connect the communication signal’s common to protective earth.The PC grounding can provide an unintended return path for B- currentsIf B- and the PC are grounded to protective earth, a communicationisolator should be used between the PC and the control. Damage to thePC or control, and/or unintended operation may result from a brokenbattery return wire or the parallel path.
The pins inside the COMM port plug are susceptible to damage by ESDdischarges, static electricity arcs. Care should be taken not to touchthem with tools or put fingers into the port. Always touch your hand oltool to a grounded piece of metal (discharge ESD) prior to coming incontact with the communication port.
