FM146B 模块是汽轮机 DEH 服单元模块。通过与底座FM1305 配套使用,构成完整的 DEH电液伺服单元;与就地的液压部套(伺服阀、油动机滑阁、油动机活塞、油动机行程反馈LVDT 等)配合,组成给定电压与油动机行程的伺服随动系统实现对油动机的控制FM146B 作为 ProBus-DP的从站,通过ProfiBus-DP 总线与 ProfBus-DP主站(主控单元)进行数据交换。服单元将主控单元通过模出来的阅位给定信号转换为 0~5VDC 给定电压;此给定电压与油动机行程LVDT 电压的差值经调节器(P、PI 等)处理后,输出到服阀,服阀油口开度随之发生变化,使油动机向开或关方向运动,油动机行程最终跟随阀位给定信号变化。伺服单元还具有手动控制功能。在手动状态下,伺服单元可接受手动增/减信号以改变给定电压。伺服单元还具有自动整定零位幅度功能,以使油动机行程指示与实际一致。伺服单元还具有自检报警功能。

FM146B 模块主要由CPU、DP 通信电路、D/A A/D 转换电路、2路LVDT 信号调制解调电路、2路LVDT 信号的低选电路、电压/电流转换电路、比例积分模拟电路和电压或电流反馈电路等组成。
在实际使用中,FM146B 模块需要与专用端子底座FM1305配套使用,构成完整的汽轮机 DEH电液服单元。其外观如图 1-1 所示:

FM146B module is a turbine DEH service unit module. A complete DEH electro-hydraulic servo unit is formed by matching with FM1305 base. In conjunction with the local hydraulic assembly (servo valve, oil motor slide, oil motor piston, oil motor stroke feedback LVDT, etc.), the servo servo system with given voltage and oil motor stroke is formed to realize the control of the oil motor FM146B as the slave station of ProBus-DP. The ProfiBus-DP bus is used for data exchange with the ProfBus-DP master station (main control unit). The service unit converts the reading position given signal of the master control unit through the mode to the given voltage of 0~5VDC; After the difference between the given voltage and the LVDT voltage of the oil motor stroke is processed by the regulator (P, PI, etc.), it is output to the service valve, and the opening of the oil port of the service valve changes accordingly, so that the oil motor moves in the direction of opening or closing, and the travel of the oil motor finally changes with the given signal of the valve position. The servo unit also has manual control function. In the manual state, the servo unit can accept a manual increase/decrease signal to change the given voltage. The servo unit also has the function of automatically setting the zero position amplitude to make the oil motor travel indication consistent with the reality. The servo unit also has a self-check alarm function.

FM146B module is mainly composed of CPU, DP communication circuit, D/A A/D conversion circuit, 2 LVDT signal modulation and demodulation circuit, 2 LVDT signal low selection circuit, voltage/current conversion circuit, proportional integration analog circuit and voltage or current feedback circuit.
In actual use, FM146B module needs to be used with special terminal base FM1305 to form a complete turbine DEH electro-hydraulic service unit. Figure 1-1 shows its appearance.
