Designed for substation automation systems (IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613) and rail transit (EN 50124-1), the PT-7728 series is equipped with critical packet priority (GOOSE and SMV) functions and a built-in MMS server. The PT-7728 series supports Gigabit and 100 Gigabit Ethernet backbone networks, redundant ring network technology, 24/48 VDC or 110/220 VDC/VAC isolated redundant dual power inputs, thereby improving the stability of network communication and saving cabling costs. The PT-7728’s modular design makes network planning and configuration easier and more flexible, allowing up to four Gigabit Ethernet ports and 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports to be installed. In addition, the PT-7728 series can be selected in a front/rear outlet mode, which is ideal for a variety of applications.
