REC670 – Maximum flexibility and performance
The REC670 intelligent microcomputer protection device provides customized or pre-configured control solutions for various types of switchgear (AIS/GIS) and switchgear with various wiring modes. The user-defined REC670 gives you complete freedom of choice according to your needs. Because the basic REC670 functions are already selected and configured in the device, pre-configured REC670 can be put into use with only a few simple operations. If desired, you can also easily add optional features to the REC670 device to meet the specific configuration needs of your switch station.
The REC670 enables users to achieve manual control of on-load voltage regulation through substation automation systems. The advanced transformer tap automatic regulation (AVC) function can be installed in a REC670 at the same time, so there is no phase configuration for on-site transformer protection

REC650 – The best choice for secondary transmission network applications
REC650 provides the best solution for controlling single circuit breaker intervals in single or double bus wiring. For the configuration of double busbars, the busbar spacing can also be controlled. The process from ordering, engineering and commissioning to reliable operation is simplified through type testing and pre-configuration solutions that include default values.
The 650 series of intelligent devices introduces a large number of technological innovations, such as the large-scale reduction of tuning parameters REC650 devices and powerful human-machine interface functions. Its human-machine interface contains three pages of alarm indicators, each page contains 15 dynamic three-color indicators, and is equipped with shortcut keys that can be set according to the user’s functional requirements. Most of the basic parameters of the 650 series protection device are set before shipment in the factory, you only need to set the parameters relevant to the specific application, such as line parameters. This allows the device to be put into operation quickly.

The interval control unit is equipped with a large human-machine dialogue display screen for local control and display to view real-time important data, such as setting, time and recording data. It can also provide a quick overview of the operating status at intervals, including switch position indication and operating parameters. You can freely choose which measurement data is displayed on the LCD of the smart device.
With the REC670, users can monitor and control up to 30 primary switchgear at six intervals, and with the REC650, up to 8 primary switchgear at a single interval.
