该系列产品提供多种标准配置,可用于保护中性点不接地,电阻接地,补偿性接地和直接接地网络中的架空线和馈线。仅需根据特定应用进行设置,便可直接投入使用。
615系列装置支持多种通信协议,包括IEC 61850版本2,基于IEC 61850-9-2 LE的过程总线,IEC 60870-5-103,Modbus®。通过SPA-ZC 302协议转换器,可支持Profibus DVP1 通信。

REF615有五个可选标准配置。标准信号配置可以通过保护和测控装置管理工具PCM600的信号矩阵或图形化配置功能进行修改。此外,PCM600中的应用配置功能支持创建多层逻辑,可以使用包括定时器和触发器在内的多种不同逻辑元件。将保护功能与逻辑功能模块相结合,配置可满足用户不同的应用需求。

REF615馈线保护测控装置可提供方向/无方向的过流保护和热过负荷保护,亦可为馈线提供方向和无方向的接地保护。除了方向接地保护之外,标准配置还提供了导纳接地保护,谐波接地保护或功率接地保护。此外,装置还提供灵敏接地保护、断相保护、瞬时性/间歇性接地保护、过电压和低电压保护、零序过电压保护、正序低电压保护和负序过电压保护。频率保护,包括过频,低频和频率变化率保护由配有标准配置J和N的装置提供。此外,装置还提供可选多次自动重合闸功能,用于架空线路馈线。

弧光保护传感器接口由可选通信模块提供。当发生弧光故障时,弧光保护可在短时间内快速动作从而为人身安全提供了保障,并将电弧故障对开关设备的损坏程度降到最低。开关量输入/输出模块可作为可选项——包含3个高速开关量输出(HSO),与普通开关量输出相比,可以进一步减少4…6ms总体动作时间。

The REF615 is a feeder protection measurement and control device for the protection, control, measurement and monitoring of utility substations and industrial distribution systems, including radiant, ring and grid distribution networks with or without distributed power sources. The REF615 is a member of the 615 Protection Measurement and Control Unit family in the ABB Relion® product family. The 615 series devices are compact and easy to disassemble.
The 615 series protection and control devices are newly developed and designed based on the IEC 61850 standard to support interoperability and horizontal communication between the automation equipment in the substation. The device can be used as the main protection of overhead lines and feeder lines in distribution network. It can also be used as backup protection in protection systems that require independence or redundancy.
Available in a variety of standard configurations, this family can be used to protect neutral ungrounded, resistive grounded, compensatory grounded and direct grounded overhead lines and feeders in networks. Just set it up for your specific application and it’s ready to go.
The 615 series devices support multiple communication protocols, including IEC 61850 Version 2, the process bus based on IEC 61850-9-2 LE, IEC 60870-5-103, Modbus®. Through the SPA-ZC 302 protocol converter, Profibus DVP1 communication can be supported.

The REF615 comes in five optional standard configurations. The standard signal configuration can be modified through the signal matrix or graphical configuration function of the PCM600 protection and measurement and control device management tool. In addition, the application configuration feature in the PCM600 enables the creation of multiple layers of logic that can use many different logic elements, including timers and triggers. The protection function is combined with the logical function module to meet different application requirements.
The factory device adopts the default connection of switch input, switch output, interfunction connection and alarm light as described in the following function diagram. Additional features supported in REF615 must first be added via the application configuration tool and then found in the Signal Matrix tools and devices. The direction protection function takes the pointing line as the positive direction.

The REF615 Feeder Protection measurement and control device provides directional/non-directional overcurrent protection and thermal overload protection, as well as directional and non-directional ground protection for feeders. In addition to directional grounding protection, the standard configuration also offers admittance grounding protection, harmonic grounding protection or power grounding protection. In addition, the device provides sensitive ground protection, phase break protection, transient/intermittent ground protection, overvoltage and low voltage protection, zero sequence overvoltage protection, positive sequence undervoltage protection and negative sequence overvoltage protection. Frequency protection, including overfrequency, low frequency and rate of frequency change protection, is provided by devices equipped with standard configurations J and N. In addition, the unit provides an optional multiple automatic reclosing function for overhead line feeders.
The standard N also provides multi-frequency admittance ground protection, providing selective directional ground protection for high-impedance grounded networks. The protection function is based on the measured multi-frequency admittance of the neutral point, and the measurement of the multi-frequency admittance value requires the fundamental and harmonic components in Uo and Io. The special filtering algorithm ensures that the fault direction can be identified safely and reliably in the case of intermittent grounding and arc reignition. As a separate protection feature, the protection guarantees excellent reliability and sensitivity in the case of low resistance ground, high resistance ground, or transient ground/intermittent ground/arc reignition.
As an optional function, by configuring the corresponding hardware and software, three arc detection channels can be added to realize the arc protection of the cable room, the bus room and the circuit breaker room of the metal armored switchgear.
The arc protection sensor interface is provided by an optional communication module. When the arc fault occurs, the arc protection can act quickly in a short time to ensure personal safety and minimize the damage of the arc fault to the switchgear.
